WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Along with the $199 Roof & Gutter Tune-Up, your Roofing & Gutter Technician will inspect your entire roof and gutters, along with taking before and after photos along with a summary of the inspection.

Roof & Gutter Tune-Up Information

  • Caulking and sealing of vents, flashings, and nail holes; Tightening of loose shingles; Replacement of up to 5 shingle tabs; Repair of exposed nail heads (nail pops); Patching of broken seams; Replacement of gasket around pipe; Cleaning of Gutters (including post clean-up of site area); Caulking and Sealing of Gutters (End Caps, Outlets and Miter Joints); Tightening of Gutters using Existing Fasteners; Tightening of Downspouts using Existing Fasteners and Brackets; Visual Inspection of Gutter Slope for Proper Waterflow; Visual Inspection of Ground Drainage and Run-Off 21-point attic roof and gutter inspection report, along with before and after photos.
  • Replacement shingles will be matched as closely as possible to actual color. Replacement of Shingles does not include special order shingles.
  • Tune-Ups available in Maryland and Northern Virginia
  • Deal is for residential service only
  • Valid only for asphalt shingle roofs
