Our $199 Roof & Gutter Tune-Up is performed by our trained Roof Technicians. This service provides homeowners with a swift resolution to minor roofing and gutter concerns. As part of this service, we include a photo report that outlines the condition of your roof before and after the tune-up.

Our Roof & Gutter Tune-Up Service includes:

ROOF TUNE-UP WORK

  • Replacement of Blown of Shingles (5 Shingle Tabs Included)

  • Repairs of Deteriorated Pipe Gaskets (1 included in service)

  • Repairs of Exposed Nail Heads (“Nail Pops”)

  • Caulking and Sealing of All Vents, Flashings and Nail Holes (2 Tubes Worth)

  • Installing OSHA certified Roof Harness Anchor Point to Complete Work Safely (1 Anchor

TUNE-UP DETAILS

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Along with the $199 Roof & Gutter Tune-Up, your Roofing & Gutter Technician will inspect
your entire roof and gutters, along with taking before and after photos that include additional
notes for clarification.

Preparation:

  • Prior to your roof and gutter tune up we ask that you move any vehicles, outdoor
    furniture or valuables away from the home to avoid having debris land on them.
  • If you would like an attic inspection please clear a path way to your home’s attic
    hatch.
  • For best result, we ask that you plan to be home during your scheduled Tune Up
    time. If this can not be arranged, we recommend being available by phone.

Roof & Gutter Tune-Up Policies:

  • All work is weather permitting.
  • Replacement shingles will be matched as closely as possible to actual color.
    Replacement of dhingles does not include special order shingles.
  • Tune-Ups available in Maryland, DC Metro, Northern Virginia, Pennsylvania and Delaware.
  • $199 Price is only valid for residential buildings and does not include structures
    separate from the main home
  • Price is valid for asphalt shingles roof only
  • Complimentary gutter cleaning is done with a blower and the debris are blown away
    from the surrounding landscape
  • All services must be redeemed during a single visit and used by same household
  • All work will be done to the best of our ability at the time of service, a trip charge of
    $75 may apply for a secondary visit.
  • Payment to be completed 1 business day prior to appointment. Merchant
    cancellation/rescheduling policy of 24 hours applies; voucher subject to forfeiture.
    $199 fee for appointments canceled after 3:00pm the business day prior to appointment
  • No warranties are expressed or implied on maintenance tune-up
  • Voucher cannot be applied toward current or past jobs
  • All services per voucher must be redeemed during a single visit and used by same household
  • Additional charges will apply for utilizing a 40’ ladder, ladder pulling, a GOAT system or extra harness anchor points
