Nancy decided to join the AROCON team because she was attracted to the family atmosphere of the company.

At AROCON, Nancy’s official title is “Human Resources and PR Manager”, but in reality, Nancy wears many hats during the day, including: fleet management, employee paperwork, collections, following up with customers, and coordinating company outings and holiday parties. Nancy’s favorite part of working at AROCON is interacting with homeowners during project installations, and ensuring that customers are 100% satisfied.

When Nancy isn’t in the office making sure the company is running smoothly, she loves spending time with her four children and three granddaughters. In addition, she is a fossil hunting and travel enthusiast. Nancy and her husband Bill are 3-time hugging champions in the Mix 106.5 Valentine’s Day competition, where the longest amount of time they hugged standing up was an impressive 63 hours.
